How to Activate Your License

1. After purchase, you will receive your AVG Activation Code via email.
2. Download and install AVG Internet Security from avg.com/activate — this is the starting point for the whole bundle.
3. Open the app and go to Menu → My Subscription → Enter activation code.
4. Enter your code. No AVG account required — select “Enter Product Key instead” if prompted.
5. Repeat on each additional device using the same code.

Do I need an AVG account to activate?

Can I use one code on multiple devices?

Yes — depending on the variant you chose. Use the same activation code on each device up to your selected device limit.

When does my subscription start?

Does AVG Ultimate work on iPhone and iPad?

Partially. On iOS you get AVG Mobile Security and AVG Secure VPN (both require iOS 15+). AVG TuneUp and AVG AntiTrack are not available on iOS due to Apple platform restrictions.

Does the VPN work on ARM-based Windows laptops?

No. AVG Secure VPN for Windows does not support ARM64 processors. The antivirus and TuneUp components work on ARM64 Windows 10 and 11, but if you have a Surface Pro X or a Snapdragon-based laptop and need a VPN, this is an important limitation to be aware of.

What is AVG AntiTrack and how does it work?

Websites build a “fingerprint” of your browser — screen resolution, installed fonts, plugins — to track you even without cookies. AVG AntiTrack generates a fake fingerprint that changes regularly, making it impossible for trackers to identify you. Available on Windows and Mac only.

Is AVG TuneUp included for Android?

Not exactly. On Android the equivalent tool is AVG Cleaner Pro, which removes junk files, manages storage, and optimizes performance. The full AVG TuneUp (with Sleep Mode and startup optimizer) is available on Windows and Mac.

Can I mix device types on one license?
