Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. For licence keys — digital content not supplied on a tangible medium — the right of withdrawal ends early once you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of the right by revealing your key (Art. 16(m), Directive 2011/83/EU). Until a key is revealed, you can withdraw and receive a full refund.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of purchase. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal before the period expires.

How to withdraw online: open the link in your order confirmation email (it works without an account) or your account, and use the Return for refund function next to the licence. You will see a review screen and nothing is final until you press Confirm withdrawal. You will then receive an email acknowledgement of receipt with the full content of your declaration and its exact submission time.

You may also withdraw using this model form, sent to us by email. Using the form is optional — the online function above is the fastest route.
