Common questions from resellers

What's the minimum first order? +

There is no minimum first order. New partners often start with 5–10 keys to test the workflow before scaling up. Pricing tiers activate once consistent monthly volume is established.

What payment terms do you offer? +

New partners begin with pre-payment via card, bank transfer, or Stripe. Net 14 terms are available at Preferred Partner tier; Net 30 at Strategic Partner tier. All payment terms are documented in the partner agreement.

How are license keys delivered? +

Keys are delivered to your reseller email within minutes of order confirmation. CSV bulk export is available for orders above 50 keys. For high-volume partners, we adapt the delivery format — plain text, CSV, or per-customer split — to fit your fulfilment workflow.

What if a key fails to activate at the end customer? +

All keys carry a one-month activation guarantee. If a key fails, we replace it free of charge after standard verification. Preferred and Strategic Partners receive priority replacement, typically within hours.

Are there geographic restrictions? +

Some products are EU-only by license terms; others are global. The price list flags region availability per product. EU and worldwide partners are both welcome — we'll align catalogue access during onboarding.

Is there a partner agreement to review? +

Yes. After your application is reviewed and approved, we send a partner agreement covering pricing, payment terms, key delivery, replacement policy, and tier-specific commitments. Both parties sign before your first order. Strategic Partners receive a tailored agreement reflecting their volume and delivery requirements.

Can I be invoiced before key delivery? +

Yes. Pro-forma invoicing is available for partners requiring it for procurement workflows. We can issue an invoice first; keys are released upon payment confirmation, or under your agreed Net terms.

Do you provide installation or migration support to my customers? +

No. Our scope is licensing and activation support to partners only. We do not handle infrastructure migration, deployment consulting, or application compatibility services for end customers — that remains your responsibility as the reseller.
