1. Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Return Process
Contact support@arcosw.com with your order number, reason for return, and (if applicable) photos. We will provide return instructions.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.
5. Exclusions
Returns are not accepted for items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without prior authorization.
