Refund and Returns Policy
Effective Date: November 3, 2025
1. Delivery
Orders shall be delivered only in Digital Code. We shall use email for delivering products to the buyer.
Product Key will be delivered to your email after you complete the payment. We are not sending physical delivery, The Arco Software does not provide the delivery of physical products i.e. boxes, sticker or DVDs. All products sold through Arco Software is digital. Buying is therefore very fast and easy with no shipping costs.
During working hours (including weekends), the codes you purchased will be e-mailed to your registered e-mail address within 60 minutes. If purchased during non-working hours, the delivery may be delayed until the next morning.
Please read this policy carefully. Your satisfaction as a customer is very important to us.
2. Refund Terms
We issue refunds on our products on following 5 terms :
1. Full refund within 60 Days, if the customer received a unusable licence – but first must contact our support, to determine that licence is not working due to the licence itself and not by some other means (faulty installation, wrong product version installed, malware or virus corruption of system files etc..)
2. Full refund within 60 Days, if the customer did not receive a licence at all, via Email.
3. NO REFUND if the customer received a working licence.
4. Key cannot be refund after actived. Ordered Key Change within 1 Year, if customer is having problems with licence, after activating it. The whole keys are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase.
5. All key must be used within 60 days. If Key not used within 60 days become unusable. Must use the key within 60 days of purchase.
6- The customer cannot return the license after receiving it with e-mail. Digital products are non-refundable products.

Arco Software reserves the right to check the product key for Activation details within seven calendar days. If the test reveals that the product key has already been activated, after the purchase, Arco Software has the right to refuse refund, since the purchased service has been provided as agreed.
3. Refund Process
Claim your refund is simple. Contact us at support@arcosw.com within 7 days of delivery.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.
5. Exclusions
In case of any product purchase made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing / the offer terms / guidelines / codes – the particular order/s will be cancelled whatsoever and arcosw.com will not be liable to pay any refund to you in all such cases.
6. Refund Cycle
Complete refund process normally takes about 5-7 working days from the date of confirmation of refund
