1. General
Geostratex (“we”, “us”, “our”) offers Montessori toys, games, books, and related products to customers worldwide, except in certain restricted countries. Use of the Site and purchases are subject to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to purchase.
2. Orders and Payment
- Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Payment is accepted via Stripe and Stripe-supported payment methods only.
- Prices are listed in your selected currency, inclusive of taxes where applicable.
3. Shipping and Delivery
- We ship worldwide except Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Iran, Syria, and regions under international sanctions or active conflict (subject to change without notice).
- Orders are shipped using trusted international couriers.
- Average delivery time: 7–12 business days after dispatch. Processing time: 1–2 business days.
- No local pickup or in-person collection.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for refund or replacement.
4. Products and Descriptions
- Product details, images, and age recommendations (e.g., “3+ years”) are for guidance. Follow all usage instructions and warnings.
- All products are certified for EU markets where required.
- Product details and prices may change without prior notice.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
- 14-day return policy from date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at buyer’s expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- To request a return, contact support@arcosw.com with your order details.
- For damaged or defective items, email photos and order info within 3 days of receipt. We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after return is received and inspected.
6. User Conduct
- Do not use the Site for unlawful purposes or in violation of any law.
- No transmission of malware, viruses, or unauthorized access attempts.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Geostratex is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price paid.
8. Privacy

9. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Singapore law. Disputes are resolved by negotiation, ADR, or Singapore courts.
